I am Chris, an athletic, motivated person with a positive attitude and diverse interests. As a coach and doer, I approach life in a clear and solution-oriented manner – pragmatically, but with sensitivity.

Healthy eating, openness and authenticity are just as important to me as genuine connection. I am direct but empathetic, value honest conversations and am curious about people in all their diversity.

I have many sides – professionally, I work as a trainer, coach and interim manager, structured and solution-oriented. Privately, I am curious, open to encounters and enjoy life in all its facets – including the physical ones.

In intimate situations, my focus is entirely on the wishes and needs of the woman – attentive, respectful and caring. My goal: intensity, clarity and a good time – on all levels.
